Is payment available on delivery?


We are currently unable to pay upon receipt, but we are working to provide it as soon as possible.

You can purchase through Tamara and pay after the shipment is delivered.



I can't pay with my mada card?


Payment via Mada is available with us, when a problem occurs in the payment process. Please check your bank account and make sure that your card's electronic payment is activated.



I cannot pay with my Visa card, why?


Please make sure you enter all data correctly.

If the card is rejected despite entering all the data correctly, please check the card balance and the card expiration date.



Can I get the amount back when I order and pay with Visa, Mada, or Apple Pay?


If the order is canceled before it is shipped.

What is the period for refunding the amount when ordering and paying with Visa, Mada, or Apple Pay?


The amount will be refunded within 5 to 10 working days.
